Paris, July 1st 2011 – The industrial holding Alandia made the acquisition of a numbers of SES assets. Transaction was performed with the Alandia capital stock. The new company is SES Nouvelle. SES is one leader of the French road signs market; the company represents 17% of the static sign market and 33% of the variable message signs market. The group has 8 sale agencies throughout France and 250employees and 2 production units in the Loire Valley.
All partners of this project aim to achieve a total annual sale of 45 to 50 Millions Euros. The Alandia President, Mr. Nicolas de Germay, declares: “SES Nouvelle has its disposal a unique know-how and especially in high-hand technology products dedicated to road safety, we hope, with the support of all employees, to give all necessary means to continue its international ambitions”
